This site does not provide medical advice. Pages discussing shoulder injuries, cocking effort and physical capability give you published figures to take to a clinician. They do not tell you what your body can safely do, and we are not qualified to.

Specifications on this site are the manufacturer’s published figures, presented as such. Where a manufacturer publishes no figure, the page says so rather than estimating. We make every effort to be accurate and we do not warrant that every figure is error-free — manufacturers revise specifications, and listings contain mistakes.
